Vodka Martini with Gorgonzola-Stuffed Olives
- Creamy Gorgonzola
- Large green olives, pitted
- Dry Vermouth
- For the Gorgonzola-stuffed Olives: In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cheese until fluffy, adding a little heavy cream if cheese is stiff. Transfer gorgonzola cheese to a pastry bag fitted with a plain round tip. Pipe ½ teaspoon gorgonzola cheese into each olive. May be stored in an airtight container, refrigerated, up to 1 week.
- For the Vodka Martini: Fill a cocktail shaker half-way with ice. Add vodka and dry vermouth. Vigorously shake the cocktail shaker for 30 seconds. Pour vodka mixture in a martini glass. Take 2-3 gorgonzola olives through a cocktail skewer or toothpick. Place gorgonzola olives in a martini glass. Pour vodka mixture into the martini glass. Serve cold.
