Trader Joe’s Chicken Shawarma Hummus Bowl

Serves 4


  • Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat to 425°F.
  • Place chicken thighs in a baking dish. Roast until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Let cool slightly and shred.
  • Divide the hummus among 4 shallow bowls. Top each with shredded chicken and cauliflower tabbouleh.
