Sweet Mango and Avocado Toast

A little sweet & savory, the perfect quick breakfast or snack!

  • Butter or drizzle extra virgin olive oil on the side of the toast you’ll be mashing avocados on.
  • Using a sharp Chef’s knife, halve the avocado vertically and remove the pit. Slice the avocado vertically while still in the husk. Scoop avocado segments from the husk and lay it buttered or olive-oil-drizzled side. Using the back of a fork, gently mash the avocados.
  • Top with diced mango and radishes. Season with fresh squeezed lemon juice or flaky sea salt.
  • Serve.
