Stanley Tucci’s Martini
- Dry vermouth
- Fill a glass beaker or cocktail shaker with ice and pour in vermouth. Stir for 15 seconds, then let sit for 30 seconds. Stir again, then strain out and discard vermouth.
- Pour gin into a beaker and stir for 30 seconds. Let sit for 30 seconds, then stir again for 30 seconds. Let sit for another 30 seconds, then stir again quickly. Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or olives.
