Rainbow Salad

A colorful meal is a healthy meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • coarse salt

Instructions

  • Finely chop the peppers and cabbage. Heat everything in a small saucepan with 1-2 tablespoon water (5 minutes). Add butter and salt.
