Rainbow Salad
A colorful meal is a healthy meal!
Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- coarse salt
Instructions
- Finely chop the peppers and cabbage. Heat everything in a small saucepan with 1-2 tablespoon water (5 minutes). Add butter and salt.
