Old Fashion Apple Crisp
- Brown sugar
- Uncooked old-fashioned oats
- All-purpose flour
- Unsalted butter
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Place apples into an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish.
- Combine brown sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon in a bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle sugar mixture over apples. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
