Instructions

  • Longer days when we can linger with friends and family is here. We are dedicating the next few Big Dinner Saturdays to dishes you can assemble so all you have to do is sit and nosh with friends for a long time.
  • To assemble, choose a large flat board or plate. Start by placing your main elements down first, like bowls of dips and finger foods. Then follow that with your breads and add vegetables. Then fill in the gaps with nuts, dates and olives. Don’t be afraid if your Mezze board feels like a lot of components, you will need all that to fill in the pieces.
