Black Pepper Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry
- Ground beef
- Red bell pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Black pepper
- Heat a large skillet (or Wok) over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. Add garlic and sauté until golden (about 30 second), add ground beef. Stir-fry until beef is evenly browned for 5-7 minutes. Stir in your shredded cabbage and red bell pepper. Stir in soy sauce. Cook until vegetables are tender, and beef is cooked fully.
- Season with black pepper, and then add salt to taste. Serve hot, over rice and enjoy.
