Black Manhattan

Instructions

• In a beaker or stirring vessel, place large profile ice cube. Add 3 dashes orange bitters, 3 dashes Angostura bitters followed by Avena and Bourbon. Stir with a stir spoon (or chopstick, my fav). Strain into a martini glass.
• Garnish with black cherry.
