Banana, Almond Butter, and Chia Seed Toast

Switch out your normal boring piece of toast for this small-but-mighty breakfast featuring tons of potassium, fiber, protein, and other amazing benefits!


  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 banana
  • 3-4 teaspoon chia seeds


  • Lightly toast each piece of sourdough bread.
  • Spread completely with almond butter.
  • Sprinkle with chia seeds and top with several slices of banana.
