Avocado Toast

Creamy avocado spread over crunchy sourdough - YUM! Simple, quick, healthy, the perfect breakfast or snack!


  • 2 slices of ezekiel (wheat free/sprouted grain) bread
  • extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • ½ avocado, pitted and cut in half
  • ½ lemon
  • sea salt


  • Toast sourdough slices.
  • Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Scoop avocado pieces from husks and lay across toast.
  • Season with sea salt and a squeezing of lemon juice.
