Avocado, Feta, and Pomegranate Toast
This "Millennial favorite" is enhanced by Feta and Pomegranate and will quickly become a favorite in your house, no matter what generation you belong to!
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 avocado, halved, pitted, and sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- Toast sourdough slices.
- Lightly drizzle with olive oil.
- Layer with sliced avocado.
- Use a fork to slightly mash the pieces into the toast.
- Sprinkle with crumbled feta and pomegranate seeds.
